I use GRIN everyday. I use GRIN when it comes any brand ambassador work, paid partnerships, monthly campaigns, etc.<br><br>The business problems the product addresses: <br>- Monthly Campaigns: creating and organizing our ambassador campaigns<br>- Consolidating Creators: keeping all the creators/prospects organized, making sure there are no duplicates or double conversations<br>- Shopify Connection: ease with creating orders and adding products<br>- Payments: sending/recording payments for our creators <br>- Recording Social Posts: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram <br>- Partnerships: Creating any individual partnerships
  • Organizing Creators: being able to have all our creators in one place and anyone in the brand/company can see - what this creator has been sent, how much revenue have the generated, what is the spend on each specific creator, seeing all social posts by the creator, etc.
  • Campaigns: having the ability to set up monthly, quarterly, yearly campaigns - this allows us to tailor each campaign towards monthly drops, promos, etc.
  • Payments: organizing payments through GRIN - this is so important because it allows us to keep track of everything regarding payment and keeping all payments in one place.
  • Recording IG Stories: with IG stories only being online for 24 hours does provide an obstacle when trying to save content
  • Shipping: Currently GRIN only allow us to add one shipping method, would love to see multiple shipping formats
  • Creator Friendly Portal: wish GRIN had a mobile app - this would change the game!
I can keep this short and simple - GRIN is perfect for all influencer marketing. Helps our team keep ambassadors, paid partnerships, new prospects/creators, campaigns for drops/promos, sending/adding product & recording payments more organized!

GRIN is an all-in-one shop stop for our creator marketing programs. Through GRIN, we have been able to identify, contact, and present and track campaigns for creators in our target audience for short-term seeding initiatives and long-term ambassador and affiliate programs. Through GRIN, we can share contracts, send influencer gifts, and send communications in masses to our influencer community.
  • Creator Recruitment - GRIN has a huge database of creators that can be easily filtered through to find thousands of creators that match your campaign parameters
  • Communication - GRIN allows you to easily create and store email templates and send sequenced communications in mass to creators to automate what would otherwise be a very manual communication process
  • Campaign Tracking - GRIN pulls all creator & content data needed to measure campaign success and report KPIs to leadership
  • Creator Quotas - GRIN has a tiered pricing system for the # of creators you can have active in your account at one time. This makes the program difficult to scale at cost.
  • Price - For a small team just getting started in creator marketing, the cost of GRIN can be hard to justify.

We use GRIN to organize all influencer/ambassador/affiliate accounts as well as content management from UGC we receive. As a DTC brand, we have a great influx and engagement from social media accounts and GRIN makes it super easy to manage it all! We were looking for a platform that could keep all of the tracking and organizations for this form of marketing and GRIN solved it for us.

Grin is the perfect influencer marketing tool to plan, organize, and execute campaigns. From prospecting creators, communicating (with templated and scheduled outreach), to gathering insights, Grin makes it a flawless experience from start to finish.

My favorite thing about Grin is the templates and sequence email options. Email templates that you can create are tremendously useful with outreach and communication with influencers at any phase of a partnership. Sequence emails gives you the ability to send automatic followups, making communication management an ease.

We used GRIN to start and scale our Influencer marketing program. It is mainly used in the marketing team but occasionally has been used in our wholesale department. GRIN has been instrumental in helping set up partnerships with a large number of influencers and track the ROI of those partnerships, individually and as a whole. While we mostly use it for affiliate partnerships it has also been key in allowing us to assess the value of working in paid partnerships with large influencers. Having campaigns to support big events such as our Black Friday Sale and half-yearly sale is an absolute game-changer. The ability to easily sort influencers into campaigns, has allowed us to leverage partnerships to get the highest ROI possible. Reach out to new and existing influencers is seamless and easy for us and them. I love that influencers don't have to create an account and sign in as that can be a stumbling block to activating influencers. Our individual support rep is AMAZING! If any questions ever come up she is quick to get them answered and supportive of our program in total. Any questions or issues that come up are taken care of quickly and usually a user error by myself.

GRIN has been amazing in starting our Influencer program. I've worked in influencer marketing for 8 years, and it would also be amazing for people who have established programs but want an easier way to run them (reach out, tracking, payment). It makes everything easier and more streamlined. I forgot about payments in my previous section, but it makes being able to pay a large number of influencers so much easier and collects all the right documentation. Doing large campaigns with BIG revenue goals was awesome! We've worked with people all year, and we're able to reach out to them and get them signed up to promote again for Black Friday. GRIN has also been great for one-off marketing needs. For example, we need 10 videos for ads. We can reach out to a bunch of people and set up the partnership really easily.

We use GRIN mainly for prospecting and finding creators that fit our demographic, the prospecting and filtering feature also helps us to search for different verticals to test with. GRIN helps us to compose outreach email sequences so we can do mass outreach in a short amount of time. We have 11 employees using GRIN and it's great we all have our own login, account and campaign. We use the "tags" "owners" feature so we don't reach out to the same creators! It's helped us keep track and ensure our creators are posting content on the specific dates using the specific hashtags. We love to have amazing content and it's a great place we are able to manage all our creator UGC!

GRIN is my #1 recommendation for brands looking to build their influencer and ambassador programs, and have the time and budget for a full time role and someone to use it. There are so many features and management tools in GRIN, but you have to use the platform daily to get the most out of it. Brands that are focused on analytics, revenue, content, impressions, GRIN's reporting feature is top notch!

We are a very lean team, so operational efficiencies are very important to us. We use GRIN to streamline the communication and workflow for our influencer program. We previously utilized spreadsheets, manual code creation, and Gmail for our influencer reach out and tracking. By adopting GRIN as our provider, it has allowed us to dramatically scale the program in a sustainable way.

We use GRIN to prospect influencers, organize them into campaigns, set deliverables, and send out products. We often use tags to group influencers based on different categories. It has been extremely useful in helping us to scale our influencer program and has significantly reduced the amount of time that we have to spend prospecting.

GRIN has allowed us to grow our Influencer Marketing program from 100 influencers to over 6000+ influencers. Its account management, integration with Shopify and social media accounts, and email functions have all been integral to the success of our program.

GRIN provides us with an immense database of influencers to choose from, along with an easy way to communicate with them and view them in the system. It helps solve the issue of finding the right influencers for your clients, along with ways to compensate them and track their progress.

We used GRIN to manage our partnerships with influencers from prospecting, to daily communication, campaigns, content managing, and payouts. GRIN made it easy for us to work efficiently every day without having to waste time on the smaller tasks because it's so comprehensive.

As an agency, we use GRIN for all our clients/brands to build out their influencer/ affiliate/ and referral programs. Grin allows us to find and reach a ton of influencers, but most importantly it makes it easy to track performance and be able to tie and ROI to these programs which are sometimes more TOFU than conversion based. Everything is easy from building campaigns to comms and tracking to payment.

GRIN is expensive so it doesn't make too much sense if you are a smaller company with a smaller budget for these types of programs. As an agency, it gets cheaper the more brands we add (for each brand) which is a big win. If you only are looking for a tool to find influencers, you can find cheaper and better but this is the best tool for end-to-end on these types of programs.
